POLISI LAB is a youth-led initiative to train a community of thinkers and doers for better Malaysian public policymaking and civil society engagement.
Beyond offering structured classes and applied clinics, we want to create an effective ecosystem for sharing ideas, planning new initiatives, and working together. Participants have the option to either take our flagship Policymaker's Course with research and mentoring activities or pick-and-mix their own module combos.
And it's not just about classes.
Want to start a new social initiative or kickoff research into an unfamiliar policy area? POLISI LAB is the place for you to acquire the necessary tools and skills. Policymaking and civil society engagement go hand-in-hand. To truly deliver meaningful interventions, young policymakers need to be more perceptive to prevailing community needs.

To create a community of thinkers and doers who are intending in contributing to the country. A country is sustained by communities that provide a sense of belonging and a common purpose. That is what POLISI LAB intents to create.
Vision
By holding weekly classes on policymaking, POLISI LAB encourages skill-sharing among passionate youth so that they sharpen their soft skills to do good for their community. Having common point of congregation would also encourage cross-pollination of ideas that would blossom into advocacy and new movements of tomorrow.
